Insurance
We are in-network with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) and United Healthcare.
We are currently out-of-network with Medicaid, but your child may still qualify for EarlySteps if they are under age 3.
To begin services with insurance, please first complete our New Client Inquiry Form. Also, please feel free to email Ashley at [email protected] ↗ with:

Please be sure to contact your child’s healthcare provider to request a referral and/or order. Doctor referrals and orders can be faxed to 337-231-0230. The referral and/or order can state “SLP to evaluate and treat as indicated.” Insurance typically requires a referral/order before services can begin.
